This is a safe and judgement free space to support us in navigating the challenges at hand. Topics vary based on the need of the group.They may include how to stay grounded and to move passed fear, anxiety, hopelessness and mental funk, nourishing your body and mind for health, social distancing and dealing with a changed reality.
