What is the Gluten-free Community Cafe?
What if there was a community of like-hearted souls interested in improving gluten-free living (and eating!) while living in a healthy, fun, and delicious way without deprivation?
Sounds pretty dreamy, doesn’t it?
Well, I’m here to tell you that it’s actually happening! It’s being created and inspired by my Gluten-free Sourdough Lab students!
We’ve been gathering, fermenting, and baking together for months, and have made some of the most delicious creations!
We are talking about delicious gluten-free sourdough bread, pizza, cakes, and more using the ancient wisdom of sourdough fermentation!

We started with the ancient art of Sourdough (gluten-free of course!) and have used varying methods from basic to advanced to craft nutritious and delicious sourdough creations that even the kids are loving!
The common goal of improving ourselves through learning and mastering the skill of baking tasty gluten-free sourdough goodness brought us together. It’s our collective desire to continue to grow and experiment and it has brought this Membership Community Cafe to life!
The connections and confidence developed within this group have been powerful and magnetic and I can’t wait for it to continue. I have so many fun ideas bubbling alongside my starter!
