Tower to Table Farming

A foolproof way to nourish your body + soul using aeroponic gardening!

Aeroponic year-round gardening is a fun and easy way to improve your physical health through nutritious homegrown goodies.

It is also extremely therapeutic and can relieve stress, anxiety and develop a sense of accomplishment.

Good health starts with good habits, like eating wholesome foods and cultivating habits that reduce stress.

Aeroponic growing towers allow you to easily grow your own fresh, nutrient-rich food virtually anywhere, year‑round.

It’s the perfect companion on the journey toward healthy living.

The growing towers we will use are a vertical, aeroponic growing system—the same technology NASA uses—that allows you to grow up to 20 vegetables, herbs, fruits and flowers in less than three square feet—indoors or out.

You’ll be enjoying an abundant, nutritious harvest just weeks after planting.

Waltraud Gardening.jpg

ABout your instructor

Waltraud grew up gardening alongside her mother and grandmother in the countryside of Germany. Her own garden patch became a place of creativity and serenity.

At her current home she has been experimenting and ultimately falling in love with aeroponic gardening.

An avid cook and lover of fresh, seasonal produce she values the freedom to grow her own vegetables, greens and herbs inside and outdoors.

Her aeroponic garden has been an integral part of her own way to destress and connect with nature.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to own a TowerGarden to participate?

No. The principles you will learn apply to any form of gardening. However, a Towergarden will give you the added benefit of year round gardening, saving water and time when growing your produce and provides you with beyond organic greens, veggies and herbs.

Where can I buy a Towergarden?

During the workshop we will discuss what configuration is best for you. If you already know that you want to get started with aeroponic gardening you can purchase a tower through my link https://waltraud.towergarden.com and I will support you along the way.

Do I need to have a green thumb to be successful?

Glad you asked. This is probably the most common question. The answer is an enthusiastic NO.

I have elementary school children care for towers. The growing tower is a self contained unit and runs nearly fully automatic. If you know how to add water to the reservoir, can do simple math, clean it occasionally and cut off some tasty veggies you are good to go.

Plus we have a supportive community that always shares new ideas and best practices. If you follow the link above or purchase one during the workshop I will be here to support you as well.
